  • How many sessions of training a week should I do?
    Each program varies: CONFIDENCE: 3 sessions a week MOVE, BUILD, and STRENGTH & SCULPT: 4 sessions a week If 4 sessions aren't possible, aim for 2-3 sessions, depending on your goals. For example, you could do 1 upper-body session, 1 lower-body session, and 1 conditioning session, or mix upper and lower body sessions. Adapt it to fit your schedule and objectives!

    Finding the right blend starts with understanding your fitness goals. If you're just starting out or need to build a solid foundation, the CONFIDENCE program is perfect for you. It helps beginners or people who have been inactive get comfortable with exercise and prepares you for the more advanced MOVE, BUILD, or STRENGTH & SCULPT programs. If you're looking to build strength and lean muscle, our BUILD program is the way to go. Want to improve your mobility, endurance, and overall fitness? MOVE is your best choice. If you're aiming to sculpt a lean, toned physique while increasing strength, STRENGTH & SCULPT is ideal. Each program is designed to help you progress, and you're free to switch between them monthly to keep things fresh and aligned with your evolving goals. Still unsure? To switch, just message us via the 'Chat' section in the app during the last week of your current program, before the new month begins.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    We provide a variety of resources to support your fitness journey, including: A library of exercises with voiceover step-by-step video instructions. TRX How to's / setup tutorials, equipment guides all with step-by-step instructions. Nutrition tracking guides (detailed step-by-step videos). EQUILIBRIUM+ Nutrition guidance (Shopping list / Foods to eat and limit). TDEE Chart (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) How to figure out how many calories you should be consuming as an individual depending on your goals. A supportive community of like-minded individuals.
